Must Have
- Completed technical Bachelor or Master degree (e.g., Computer Science, Physics)
- Strong project management skills
- Minimum 5 years experience in complex high-tech development projects
- IPMA-C or D certification (preferred)
- Dedicated team player
- Proactive, flexible, and open-minded attitude
- Enthusiastic, persistent with good communication skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Dutch nationality

Job Description
About the team
Within Engineering, the Fire Control segment team is responsible for all engineering activities within the development of our Fire Control radar products and solutions: concept definition, system design, hardware & software development, system integration, verification, validation, and qualification. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Technical Project Manager.
About your future job
You are involved in the entire process from development to product realization of our most prestigious radar system, with a strong focus on system engineering and software development. Due to the size and complexity of the development projects, these are split into sub-projects. This specific sub-project still covers almost 100 FTE and is seen as a crucial development in the supply chain for the coming years. As a Technical Project Manager, you are responsible for managing this scope across multiple development teams, within the context of challenging technical functionality and an ambitious schedule. Together with fellow project managers and architects, you organize the entire sub-project, overseeing processes and deliveries within the set time and budgets. Herein, the architect is technically responsible for the chosen solution direction and its realization, and you ensure that your sub-project seamlessly integrates into the larger whole.
The main tasks are:
- Planning, coordinating, and executing projects within the agreed budget, timeline, and scope
- Effectively monitoring project progress and presenting it to relevant stakeholders or project team members
- Proactive risk and opportunity management: Develop a culture of proactive risk and opportunity management within the project teams.
- Coaching and supporting project team members with tasks assigned to them
