Job Summary
The PMO Manager II supports all project management activities of moderate complexity and criticality, from initial offer to project closure, ensuring consistent practices and tools. This role involves providing expertise, scheduling milestones, preparing and maintaining baselines, validating data, consolidating dashboards, and driving feedback. Key responsibilities also include technical sales lifecycle management, translating complex concepts, collaborating with internal teams, making technical recommendations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and staying updated on market trends.

- Work with the Customer Success and Technical Support teams.
- Maintain a high degree of technical awareness of relevant products, competitors, and trends.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Pre-sales working experience for an enterprise software, networking or security company.
- Hands-on experience in AWS/Azure/GCP, K8s, Docker, or other containerization technologies.
- Experience administering either a WAF, Bot Management Solutions and/or DDoS Solutions.
- Ability to position, discuss and counter solution validation, using objection-handling skills.
- Experience in the Latin American market.
- Availability to travel.

- Compliance standards knowledge (PCI, SOX, HIPAA).

This position is hybrid model in our São Bernardo do Campo unit.
Position Summary
The PMO Manager supports all project management activities of moderate complexity and criticality (category A0, moderate risks), from the initial offer to project closure, and all stakeholders of the offers and projects, including WPM (Work Package Manager).
Unite the stakeholders on fundamental practices and tools for managing offers and projects.
Provide expertise and know-how to offers and projects for better performance throughout the offer/project lifecycle through consistent practices (best practices, recommendations, and coaching).
Ensure continuity between offers and projects.
Schedule the milestones of offers and projects.
Ensure the preparation of the baseline, its coherence, and completeness, and contribute to it from the offer phase.
Guarantee the validity of the data for offers and projects, including oversight of the client repository.
Consolidate the dashboards for offers and projects based on collected information.
Drive feedback for the benefit of future offers and projects: manage the associated process, collect and share lessons learned.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Delivery of new revenue via acting as custodian of the technical sales lifecycle on the sales team including: responses to Requests for Proposals/ Requests for Information, discovery, solution design, communication of Thales product positioning, derivation of success criteria, POV management and delivery of product demonstrations address unique customer pain points.
- Translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences from c-suite to security teams.
- Collaborate with internal team to both extend and receive best practices.
- Work cross-functionally with Product Management and Business Development to identify, evaluate, and make technical recommendations regarding strategic product enhancements based on market initiatives, new technology, partnerships, or customer requirements.
- Work with the Customer Success and Technical Support teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high degree of technical awareness of relevant products, competitors, and trends in the marketplace.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Pre-sales working experience for an enterprise software, networking or security company.
- Hands on experience in AWS/Azure/GCP, K8s, Docker, or other containerization technologies
- Experience administering either a WAF, Bot Management Solutions and/or DDoS Solutions etc.
- Ability to position, discuss and counter solution validation, using objection-handling skills.
