Internship in AR Department

Shared Services Center for areas such as: Finance/Accounting, IT, HR, Purchasing, and Supply Chain Management. The Center covers all Production Plants in Poland and selected locations in Europe.

Currently, for the Shared Services Center in Skawina, we are recruiting for the position of Intern in the AR department.

Your tasks will include:

• Supporting the team in daily tasks;
• Reconciling incoming payments from clients,
• Issuing sales invoices,
• Corresponding with clients;
• Ongoing sending of invoices and other accounting documentation to clients and other business partners;
• Creating monthly reports;
• Providing supporting documentation for audits;

Join our team if you:

• Are a graduate of 1st or 2nd degree studies or a current student of 2nd-5th year (Finance, Accounting, Economics, and related fields);
• Have communicative knowledge of English;
• Are proficient in MS Office;
• Diligence, accuracy, and proactivity are your strengths
• Are available 4-5 days a week (including the necessity to work from the office 2 days a week).
• Enjoy teamwork and can take responsibility for entrusted tasks.
