Job Summary

Must Have

  • Availability 4-5 days a week, with 2 days required in the office

Shared Services Center for areas such as: Finance/Accounting, IT, HR, Purchasing, and Supply Chain Management. The Center covers all Production Plants in Poland and selected locations in Europe.

We are currently recruiting for an Internship position in the Financial Department - AR for the Shared Services Center in Skawina.

Your tasks will include:

  • Supporting the team in daily tasks;
  • Reconciling incoming payments from clients;
  • Issuing sales invoices;
  • Maintaining correspondence with clients;
  • Ongoing dispatch of invoices and other accounting documentation to clients and other business partners;
  • Preparing documentation for the Customs Office in accordance with internal procedures;
  • Creating monthly reports;
  • Providing supporting documentation for audits;
  • Maintaining good relationships with internal and external business partners.

  • You are a graduate of 1st or 2nd degree studies or a current student of 2nd-5th year (Finance, Accounting, Economics, and related fields);
  • You have communicative knowledge of English;
  • You are proficient in MS Office;
  • Diligence, accuracy, and proactivity are your strengths;
  • You are available 4-5 days a week (including the necessity to work from the office 2 days a week).
