Job Summary
As an IT Project Manager at GoTo HoldCo, you will lead and manage organization-wide IT systems and data-related initiatives from both technical and functional perspectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills to drive the successful delivery of complex projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects align with business goals, comply with standards, and meet stringent deadlines. Responsibilities include managing multiple complex IT initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to IT Project Life-Cycle standards, and delivering information to the business through the correct channels while ensuring compliance with all controls and security requirements. You will also manage multiple internal stakeholders across countries and business units and provide regular status updates to GoTo leaders and stakeholders.
Must Have
- 8+ years of experience in IT project/program management in Data Warehouse/BI
- Strong track record of leading successful IT projects/programs
- Ability to multi-task and manage several projects
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Good communication skills in English (oral and written)
Good to Have
- Knowledge and exposure of Enterprise systems, data, and processes
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (Ali)
- Experience performing root cause analysis on data and processes

What You Will Do
- Manage multiple complex IT initiatives
- Ensure initiative deliveries are on time and adhere to IT Project Life-Cycle standards
- Ensure information is delivered to the business through the correct channels, ensuring compliance with all controls and security requirements
- Manage multiple internal stakeholders across countries and business units
- Provide regular status updates to GoTo leaders and stakeholders
What You Will Need
- 8+ years of work experience in IT project/program management in Data Warehouse/BI
- Strong track record of leading successful IT projects/programs from start to finish
- Ability to multi-task and effectively manage several projects in parallel
- Ability to influence large, cross-functional teams, with strong interpersonal, facilitation, and leadership skills
- Knowledge and exposure of Enterprise systems, data, and processes is highly desirable
- Experience with cloud computing platform (Ali) is a plus
- Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to solve data related issues, identify opportunities for improvement
- Good communication skills in English both oral and written
