We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to join our team. The primary objective of this role is to establish IT Service Management (ITSM) processes based on the ITIL framework. The ideal candidate will have a background in network connectivity and a proven track record in service management. This role will involve overseeing the IT service lifecycle, ensuring services meet agreed-upon service levels, and managing incidents, problems, and changes. The Service Manager will also be responsible for continuous service improvement and maintaining documentation.
