Job Summary
Wolters Kluwer Italia is seeking a Key Account Enterprise for the SME market within its Tax & Accounting Sales division. The role involves managing commercial aspects of software applications for professional firms and SMEs, focusing on achieving sales targets, developing new client relationships, and expanding sales through hunting and upselling activities. The candidate will collaborate with management to define and implement prospecting plans.
Must Have
- Ensure achievement of assigned budget and expected sales standards (margin, customer satisfaction)
- Develop direct sales activity on new clients in the assigned geographical area
- Develop new sales of application software through hunting and upselling activities
- Collaborate with company management in defining and implementing prospecting plans
- Degree in STEM or Economic subjects
- 2-5 years experience in a similar role and in software and service sales in the SME market (solution selling)
- Strong interest and passion for the IT world
- Excellent relational skills at all levels and in cross-functional teamwork
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong ability to work towards objectives in complex and modernly organized structures
- Strong orientation towards self-learning, openness to continuous change and problem solving
- Essential competence in the sale of application software in at least the reference market (SME)

Job Description
The candidate will have the opportunity to join a structured, dynamic, and rapidly evolving multinational context, collaborating within the Sales Department for the commercial management of application software dedicated to professional firms and the SME segment.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the achievement of the assigned budget, guaranteeing the expected standards in sales activity, both in terms of margin and customer satisfaction.
- Develop direct sales activity on new clients present in the assigned geographical area;
- Develop new sales of application software through hunting activities for the reference segment and valorization of existing clients through upselling activities.
- Collaborate with the Company Management in defining prospecting plans and finalizing their implementation;
Requirements:
- Degree in STEM or Economic subjects
- Experience of 2 to 5 years in a similar role and in the sale of software and services in the SME market, with a solution selling approach.
- Interest and a strong passion for the IT world.
- Excellent relational skills at all levels and in cross-functional teamwork.
- Good communication, negotiation skills
- Strong ability to work towards objectives in complex and modernly organized structures
- Strong orientation towards self-learning, openness to continuous change and problem solving
Desired requirements:
- Origin from similar sectors, and competence in the sale of application software in at least the reference market (SME) is essential
- Fluent English
