Job Description

The Key Lead at Hollister is responsible for ensuring customers receive a quality in-store experience by acting as a Floor Supervisor. This role involves guiding and coaching Brand Representatives and Stock Associates to ensure effective store operations. The Key Lead is a member of the store leadership team, tasked with driving store performance through exceptional customer experiences and achieving daily sales targets. Key responsibilities include opening and closing routines, product knowledge, business understanding, proactive thinking, attention to detail, point-of-sale operation, asset protection, visual merchandising, system proficiency, and adhering to work schedule requirements, including weekend and holiday availability. The position requires at least 12-16 hours per week, with increased hours during peak periods.

Job Description

•Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 12-16 hours per week.
•Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays.
•In addition, during peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.

Qualifications

What it Takes

Education- High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred
Retail Experience- At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
Supervisor/ Managerial Experience- No supervisory/ management experience is required.

The starting rate for this position is $18.15 per hour (i.e., the recruiting pay range for this position is $18.15 - $18.15 per hour). The starting rate and range may be modified in the future
