Job Summary

The Senior Production Manager – Live & Streaming Media leads all aspects of studio and offsite media production for corporate and dealer communications across the U.S., Mexico, and Canada. This role oversees live event production, post-production, and media delivery while managing a multidisciplinary team and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled broadcast professional with deep knowledge of streaming technologies, production management, and creative direction. Responsibilities include leading productions, supervising staff, client liaison, equipment coordination, and budget management.

Must Have

  • Lead all studio and offsite productions, including broadcast and on-demand events
  • Supervise all production-related staff and resources to ensure successful event execution
  • Serve as the primary liaison with clients to assess event requirements including broadcast, distribution, and post-production deliverables
  • Coordinate the organization, transportation, setup, and teardown of mobile production equipment
  • Maintain active knowledge of all studio equipment, systems, and services offered
  • Produce and direct key GM events including VCT Events & VCT Remotes, Podium and Seminar Sessions, Executive Announcements, Town Halls, Mobile Delivery Events
  • Manage relationships with essential equipment suppliers and coordinate additional rentals when required
  • Plan and manage project budgets, crew assignments, and freelance requirements
  • Develop creative concepts and new production strategies for upcoming events and edits
  • Lead post-production planning, scheduling, and task delegation across teams
  • Develop and implement best practices, workflows, and documentation for production processes
  • Create full-scale project plans, communication documents, and “run of show” materials for events across the U.S., Mexico, and Canada
  • Identify and resolve project-related conflicts and risks; create contingency plans as needed
  • Mentor and train production staff on studio operations, technical procedures, and process standards
  • Conduct employee performance reviews and ensure professional development within the team
  • Motivate staff to achieve high performance and ensure 100% client satisfaction
  • Manage day-to-day technical operations across the U.S., Mexico, and Canada
  • Coordinate equipment upgrades, installations, and maintenance across regions
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding project scope, changes, and deliverables
  • Review statements of work, service agreements, and client expectations to ensure clarity and successful execution
  • 8+ years of experience in live or studio production management, preferably in corporate or automotive industries
  • Experience working with cross-border teams (U.S., Canada, Mexico) and multicultural environments
  • Proven experience in live event production, broadcast operations, or streaming media management
  • Strong leadership, team management, and client communication skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of audio/video signal flow, routing, and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with Dealer and Field systems, telepresence, and corporate communication platforms
  • Project management experience with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across multiple regions
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel as required
  • Bachelor’ degree in related field required

  • Proven experience in live event production, broadcast operations, or streaming media management.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and client communication skills.
