Marketing Web Publishing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Web Publishing Specialist to join a global digital strategy team, supporting a major website rebuild. This role involves building and managing web content on Nasdaq.com using a CMS and video hosting platform, ensuring quality control, and implementing digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem solver with a blend of digital, design, technical, and marketing skills, dedicated to enhancing the digital brand.

Must Have

• Build compelling web content in CMS, applying digital guidelines
• Upload video content for Nasdaq.com via video hosting platform
• Monitor content on site for quality control and raise bugs
• Serve as CMS expert with deep understanding of platform functionality
• Partner with subject matter experts for SEO recommendations
• Assist in developing, documenting, and improving CMS processes
• Previous website content management system experience
• Strong understanding of web technologies (responsive design, SEO, HTML)
• Experience using Adobe Photoshop for image resizing/cropping
• Experience developing B2B digital destinations with lead conversion focus
• Proficient knowledge of project management platforms like Jira and Monday
• Amenable to working mid-shift (4PM – 1AM Manila time)
• Amenable to working twice a week in the office at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig

What You Will Do

We are looking for an experienced and proactive web producer to join our dynamic, global digital strategy team to support a major website rebuild. This is an exciting opportunity to support a critical initiative and drive the execution for digital marketing strategies on Nasdaq.com. This role reports to the Director of Web Production and sits within the Enterprise Client Experience (CX) team.

You will be joining a global web production team which is responsible for the day-to-day updating of Capital Access Platforms web and video content using our CMS and video hosting platform, working closely with internal clients to propel Nasdaq.com’s strategy and vision. As a web production expert, you will implement the buildout of new website pages within the Nasdaq.com CMS. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem solver with a mix of digital, design, technical and marketing skills.

We are looking for someone dedicated to providing superior customer service for both our internal and external stakeholders and willing to work hard to enhance our digital brand.

• Build compelling web content in our CMS, applying digital guidelines for page layout
• Upload video content for Nasdaq.com via our video hosting platform
• Monitor content on the site for quality control, raising any bugs to development teams for fixing
• Serve as CMS expert with a deep understanding of platform functionality and be able to teach others how to perform certain functions in the CMS
• Partner with subject matter experts to implement actions based on SEO recommendations
• Assist the team in developing, documenting, and improving CMS processes

What We Expect

• Previous website content management system experience (Drupal experience a big plus)
• A strong understanding of web technologies (e.g. responsive design, SEO, light HTML)
• Experience in using Adobe Photoshop to resize/crop website images
• Experience developing B2B digital destinations with a lead conversion or revenue focus
• Proficient knowledge of project management platforms such as Jira and Monday
• Amenable to working mid-shift (4PM – 1AM Manila time) and twice a week in the office at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
