Material Planner

The Material Planner will manage long and short-term material forecasts, engage in regular supplier communication, and escalate material shortages. Key responsibilities include controlling raw material inventory to ensure healthy stock levels and coordinating to resolve material issues. The role requires following up with suppliers and forwarders for order confirmations and shipping dates. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience, preferably with knowledge of material planning systems, inventory control, and strong teamwork and communication skills.

Must Have

• Manage long & short term rolling forecast for material
• Regular supplier communication
• Material shortage escalation
• Control raw material inventory, ensure healthy inventory, no dead and slow moving stock
• Coordinate to resolve material issue
• Follow with suppliers and forwarders for order confirmation and exact pick-up and or shipping dates
• More than 5 years working experience
• High sense of teamwork
• Good ability in communication

Good to Have

• Experience & basic knowledge of material planning system
• Experience & basic knowledge of material planning
• Experience & basic knowledge of inventory control

Your Background:

• High School or above
• More than 5 years working experience
• Preferred some experience & basic knowledge of material planning system, material planning, inventory control
• Have the high sense of teamwork, good ability in communication
