Project Managers execute all language/translation projects from start to finish, serving as a single point of accountability. This role involves managing various localization projects, including IVRS, e-learning, multimedia, and TV/film content. Responsibilities span pre-production (file review, vendor selection), production (recording, audio engineering, monitoring sessions), and post-production (video editing, subtitling, quality assurance). The manager will also negotiate rates, manage deadlines, troubleshoot issues, resolve client complaints, and contribute to process improvements.

- Serve as a single point of accountability for project completion.
- Competency in various localization projects (IVRS, E-learning, multimedia, TV/Film).
- Handle all aspects of multimedia project management (pre-production, production, post-production).
- Negotiate rates and deadlines with contract linguists.
- Communicate issues/delays to Account Executive immediately.
- Investigate/resolve client complaints and troubleshoot issues.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a Media Project Manager, preferably with corporate material.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- University Degree (preferably linguistic/translation related).
- Detail orientation with multitasking ability.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Independence in carrying out assigned tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly-developed computer skills (MS Office, Windows).
