Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Media Relations and Event Manager to join our client who is a newly set-up crypto exchange platform base in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing media and event strategies, with a focus on enhancing brand presence in the cryptocurrency and Web3 space.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute event plans aligned with brand strategy and market needs, including industry conferences, exhibitions, webinars, AMAs, and product launches
- Manage the entire event lifecycle, from conceptualization and budgeting to vendor selection, venue management, promotion, execution, and follow-up
- Collaborate closely with marketing, social media, content creation, design, and other relevant teams to ensure event planning and execution align with overall brand and marketing strategies
- Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and sponsors to ensure smooth event execution
- Enhance brand influence and awareness through events, driving user growth and community building
- Plan and implement innovative event promotion strategies to ensure target audience coverage and engagement, increasing brand exposure and user interaction
- Monitor and analyze event effectiveness, including participation rates, user feedback, and social media engagement
- Prepare event summary reports and suggest improvements based on data analysis to optimize future events and increase ROI
- Identify and assess potential risks in events, develop contingency plans, and handle on-site issues to ensure high-quality event execution
What You Will Need
- Minimum 3 years of experience in event management or related fields, preferably in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry
- Proficiency in planning, executing, and managing both online and offline events
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Outstanding communication and coordination abilities, with proven experience in collaborating with internal teams and external partners
- Strong data analysis skills, capable of optimizing future event strategies based on performance metrics
- Ability to adapt quickly and handle problem-solving in high-pressure situations
- Creative thinking and strong execution skills, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Fluency in English required, additional languages are a plus
