Playtika is looking for a Social Media Growth Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals. Responsibilities include creating and promoting content, analyzing audience data, monitoring performance metrics, conducting A/B testing, collaborating with other teams, and staying updated on social media trends. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in social media management, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in social media management tools.

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development

Create and Execute Social Media Strategy with the media department : Develop a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals.

Content  promotion Planning:  translate the content plan into a paid media plan- decide how the promotion budget should be divided , what content should be promoted and measure KPI’s for successes 

Audience Analysis: Analyze audience demographics and preferences to tailor content effectively.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance metrics and provide regular reports on key insights and ROI.

A/B Testing: Conduct experiments to optimize content and strategies based on performance data.

Social Content optimizing with BA team – what type of content is performing better ? help guide the content team with numeric analysis to improve our performance. 

 Collaboration

Cross-Departmental  pivot: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align campaigns and messaging.

Trend Monitoring

Stay Updated on Trends: Keep abreast of social media trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

 

Team Leadership

Mentorship and Training: Lead and mentor junior social media staff, providing guidance on best practices and career development.

Budget Management: Oversee social media budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

 

Paid Advertising

Ad Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement.

Target Audience Strategy: Define target audiences and optimize ad spend for maximum impact.

 

Requirements:

Experience: 2+ years in social media management or digital marketing, preferably in a senior role.

Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication skills; proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
