Job Summary
Job Description
This role involves managing the global distribution and service of Smilegate's MMORPG titles. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of MMORPG service preparation, developing update and event strategies, creating promotions, analyzing revenue models and in-game economies, researching market trends and competitors, managing user communication, and ensuring continuous service improvement. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of mobile game business PM experience, strong data analysis skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in the MMORPG market. They should possess a deep understanding of MMORPG game mechanics, live operations, and mobile gaming processes.
Must have:
- 5+ years Mobile Game PM experience
- Data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- MMORPG market and service experience
- Content analysis and documentation
Good to have:
- Understanding of mobile MMORPG development
- Experience with multiple game titles
- Deep understanding of MMORPG games

자격요건

- 모바일 게임 시장에 대한 프로세스 및 시장 이해도
- MMORPG or RPG 타이틀 서비스 및 라이브 경험
- 콘텐츠 분석 및 문서 작성 능력
우대사항
- 모바일 MMORPG 개발 프로세스에 대한 이해도 및 다수 타이틀 서비스 경험
- MMORPG 게임에 대한 높은 이해도
