Job Description

Smilegate Holdings seeks a seasoned SRE Platform Development Lead (team lead level) to spearhead the development and maintenance of their Service Innovation Portal (SIP). Responsibilities include leading the development of SRE management systems (service management, incident management, enterprise log management), developing logging and metrics collection agents and management servers using C/C++, and leading backend and frontend development using Java and JavaScript. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in C/C++, Java, and JavaScript, a strong understanding of asynchronous programming, multithreading, network programming, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture. Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), DevOps principles, and open-source technologies is crucial. The role demands proficiency in OOP/design patterns and the ability to drive improvements through creative problem-solving.

Must have:

5+ years C/C++, Java, JavaScript exp.
Asynchronous/Multithreaded Programming
Network Programming (TCP/HTTP)
RESTful API design & implementation
OOP/Design Patterns
Microservices Architecture
Public Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
SRE/DevOps experience

Good to have:

Docker/Kubernetes
High-performance network/file I/O
Modern C++

담당업무

SRE 플랫폼 (SIP, Service Innovation Portal) 개발 총괄 - 서비스 관리 시스템, 장애 관리 시스템, 전사 로그 관리 시스템 등 SRE 관리 시스템 개발 리딩 - 로그 및 메트릭 수집 Agent 및 관리 서버 개발 리딩 (C/C++) - Backend 및 Frontend 개발 리딩 (Java, JavaScript)

자격요건

- C/C++/Java/JavaScript 개발 경력 총 5년 이상 - 비동기, 멀티 쓰레드에 대한 이해 및 구현 - 네트워크 프로그래밍 이해 및 구현 (TCP, HTTP 등) - RESTful API 설계 및 구현

필요역량

- OOP/디자인패턴에 대한 이해 및 구현 - MSA에 대한 이해도 - 오픈 소스를 활용한 개발 및 환경 구축 - 퍼블릭 클라우드(AWS, CGP, Azure)를 활용한 개발 및 운영 경험 - SRE/DevOps에 대한 이해도 및 적용 경험 - 목표 달성을 위해 다양한 기술/방안을 검토하여 최적의 개선을 이끌어내는 유연한 사고 방식

우대사항

- 도커 / 쿠버네티스 활용 능력 - 고성능 네트워크 또는 파일 I/O 개발 경험 - 모던 C++ 이해도
