Job Summary
Job Description
Smilegate RPG seeks a Content Balance Planner for their flagship title, Lost Ark. The successful candidate will be responsible for balancing various aspects of the game, including character growth, rewards systems, and various content elements. They will collaborate with the development team to ensure a fair and engaging player experience. Key responsibilities encompass designing character progression systems, creating rewarding gameplay loops, and meticulously balancing various game content. Extensive RPG experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate ideas are essential.
Must have:
- 2+ years balance planning experience
- Extensive RPG gameplay experience
- Strong numerical aptitude
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and meticulous attention to detail
Good to have:
- Experience with various RPG platforms
- Experience in game balancing from initial development to launch

우대사항
- 다양한 플랫폼으로 RPG를 플레이 해본 경험이 있으신 분
- 초기부터 런칭까지 게임 밸런싱 경험이 있으신 분
