Job Description

As a Technical Consultant Lead, you will manage a team of Technical Consultants and Technical Support Engineers while contributing hands-on. You will leverage your technical expertise to guide the team and address complex issues. Your responsibilities include understanding customer business cases and ensuring optimal use of Appier's AI solutions. You will collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams, providing guidance and documentation. You will develop customer solutions and communicate with clients regarding product implementation and operation. You will optimize business outcomes and analyze data to identify discrepancies. This role requires proficient communication skills in English and Korean.
Must have:
  • Relevant degree in computer science or engineering.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant technical experience.
  • Passionate about data and able to find data discrepancies.
  • Experience in Javascript/Python/SQL or NOSQL databases.
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize in a fast-growth environment.
  • Demonstrate capability in communication and collaboration.
Good to have:
  • Knowledge in web/app tracking or data analytics.
  • Knowledge in digital marketing, CRM, marketing automation, DMP.
  • Team management experience.

Job Description

  • Manage a team of Technical Consultants and Technical Support Engineers with hands-on execution of individual contribution.
  • As a lead and senior member of the team, demonstrate technical expertise and lead by example in complex technical issues
  • Deep dives into our customers' business cases, data, and constraints and ensures the optimal usage of Appier’s AI product solutions
  • In-depth knowledge of Appier enterprise products: you are familiar with all of the details from development, service operation to the sales strategy. 
  • Work with Product and Customer Success teams to support successful adoption of Appier's enterprise solutions, including providing appropriate documentation, technical guidance
  • Develop solutions for customers by working out existing product upon data integration, service application recommendations
  • Discuss the product definition, implementation, operation and clarify issues with customer and consolidate the feedbacks to product team on behalf of the customer
  • Optimize business outcomes for customers by leverage Appier’s AI and data assets

 

Qualifications

  • Relevant degree in computer science, statistics or any engineering degrees. 
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant technical experience
  • Passionate about data. Deep dives into data and ableand is able to find data discrepancy., conduct data gap analysis.
  • Hands on and has solid experience in Javascript/Python/SQL, or NOSQL databases with minimal support.
  • Self-motivated, independent learner, and able to prioritize daily tasks in a fast-growth environment
  • Demonstrate knowledge in web/app tracking or data analytics (Plus)
  • Demonstrate capability in communication with clients, cross team collaboration
  • Demonstrate knowledge in digital marketing, CRM, marketing automation, DMP, or cloud, CRM, CDP, Data Warehouse, Data Mart or dat a mining (Plus)
  • Team management experience (Plus)
  • Proficient in English and Korean
