About the role

We are looking for a technically fluent and user-centered AI System Analyst who can turn business needs into structured system flows and fast, functional prototypes using AI and low-code tools. You’ll collaborate closely with internal users, identify pain points, and build solutions that solve real problems—without waiting on traditional development cycles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user interviews to gather, clarify, and document business and system requirements
• Design user journeys and process flows
• Generate clear and structured PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) based on user needs and process analysis
• Build working prototypes and proof-of-concept (PoC) using AI tools and no-code/low-code platforms (e.g. Google App Scripts, Cursor, Gemini CLI, AppSheet )
• Translate user needs into functional specs and collaborate with developers or IT for implementation
• Integrate internal tools, workflows, and data to improve operational efficiency
• Apply AI and automation creatively to optimize internal processes or enhance digital products

About you

• 2+ years of experience in system analysis, product planning, or solution design
• Skills in user interview techniques, logical analysis, and process mapping (e.g. flowcharts, UML)
• Experience with AI tools (e.g. N8N, Windsurf, Dify, Cursor, Claude, Gemini CLI, Codex, Jules)
• Problem-solving mindset, self-driven, curious, and tech-savvy
• Excellent communication skills across business and technical teams

[Bonus Points]

• Comfortable working with APIs, MCP, N8N, and basic data integration or visualization tools
• Experience in building simple MVPs or workflows using low-code or vibe coding
• Familiar with scripting tools like Google Apps Script or Python
• Exposure to internal tool building or using AI to support automation
• Familiar with working in Agile, Scrum, or fast-paced prototyping environments
