Job Summary
Likewize is seeking experienced Mobile Repair Technicians to repair damaged smartphones and tablets across the country. This role involves traveling to customer locations in a fully equipped workshop van, providing excellent customer service, and performing fault finding and quality control checks using Samsung and Apple's enhanced software. Technicians must adhere to data protection policies and be passionate about technology.
Must Have
- Travel to different customers within your region to repair Mobile Phones and Tablets
- Provide excellent customer service
- Carry out fault finding
- Perform Quality Control checking using Samsung and Apple’s enhanced software
- Respect the value of information by following Likewize's data protection / information security policies and procedures
- Live in the recruiting region
- Possess a full clean driving licence
- Have outstanding communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:
- Traveling to different customers within your region to repair Mobile Phones and Tablets. (Fully equipped workshop van provided)
- Providing excellent customer service
- Carrying out fault finding
- Quality Control checking using Samsung and Apple’s enhanced software
- Respecting the value of information by following Likewize's data protection / information security policies and procedures
Role Requirements:
- Live in the area we are recruiting for as this will be your region
- Have a full clean driving licence
- Outstanding communication skills
- A passion for technology & customer service
- Desirable experience repairing technology items
