Job Responsibilities

Management of sorting operations
To ensure smooth running of sorting operations and guarantee daily completion
To ensure continuation of parcel's lifecycle
Routing responsibilities - prepare the routes in the system for sorting to take place
Ensure proper inter-departmental reporting structure followed for all communication
Identify and implement improvements where necessary
Resolve problems as they appear: upon inbound/outbound
Track relevant metrics.
Keep the warehouse area safe, clean and organized through regular inspection

KPI

Inbound/Outbound timings set
Routes all prepared to specifications: 0 inaccuracies, fully loaded into mobile racks
Maintaining breakage/Loss % for items in the warehouse
Logical rostering maintained
Orderliness of the warehouse and surrounds
