The Manager will collaborate extensively with cross-functional departments such as R&D, product management, and manufacturing to define robust testing strategies, create detailed test plans, and efficiently manage resources. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive test engineering strategy aligned with overall business objectives and product roadmaps.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Test Engineers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high productivity. This includes hiring, training, performance reviews, and career pathing.
- Test Process Management: Oversee the entire product testing lifecycle, from requirements analysis and test plan creation to execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
- Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, design, and manufacturing teams to integrate testing activities seamlessly into the product development process.
- Resource Management: Allocate and manage testing resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to optimize project timelines and costs.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain high standards for product quality and reliability through effective testing methodologies.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential testing risks and challenges.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on testing progress, issues, and overall product quality to senior management.

Skills
- Strong background in LabView Development Experience.
- In-depth Knowledge in Hardware and RF testing principles and applications.
- Extensive Programming experience in C, C#, and C++.
- Proven experience in managing and leading technical teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with various testing methodologies (e.g., agile, waterfall) and test automation frameworks.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in test engineering, with experience in a leadership or management role.
- Demonstrated experience with product development life cycles and quality assurance processes resources to ensure on-time and within-budget project completion. Key responsibilities include managing test environments and tools, improving test processes, and providing technical leadership and mentorship.
Basic Requirements
