Job Summary:
is seeking a proactive and highly organized Office Manager/Executive Assistant experience to oversee daily office operations, manage administrative tasks, coordinate team events, and support the CEO. This hybrid role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and can balance operational efficiency with strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment.
- Liaise with vendors, building management, and service providers.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Implement and improve office procedures and systems as needed.
- Executive Support- Manage and maintain the Exec calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Plan and coordinate team-building activities, offsites, and internal events.
- Support internal communications and help promote a positive workplace culture.
- Assist with employee recognition programs, milestone celebrations, and seasonal events.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in office management and/or executive assistant roles.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (or MS Office), calendar tools, and basic project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
