Operations Analyst | Macaé - Hybrid
Job Description
- Support service routines and critical performance analysis.
- Monitor and address deviations, interacting with stakeholders.
- Record in system and issue reports according to governance.
- Degree in Foreign Trade, Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Development, or IT Management.
- Regular registration with the respective Class Council.
- Advanced knowledge of Office suite software.
- Knowledge of SAP and BW systems.
- Proficiency in BI tools like Power BI and Spotfire.
- Solid experience in related activities.
- Availability for hybrid work in Macaé - RJ.

ACTIVITIES
- Provide support for service routines, in the area of critical performance analysis, allowing the monitoring and treatment of deviations found, in interaction with stakeholders, recording in the system and issuing reports according to the governance established for each type of demand.
EDUCATION
Graduation: Foreign Trade, Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Development or Information Technology Management
- Regular registration with the respective Class Council
MANDATORY KNOWLEDGE
- Advanced knowledge of Office suite software;
- Knowledge of the SAP system;
- Knowledge in the use of BI tools (Power BI and Spotfire) for information processing and managerial report issuance;
- Knowledge of the BW system.
REQUIREMENTS
- Solid experience related to the activities;
- Availability to work in a Hybrid Regime - Macaé.
