Job Description

The Paid Advertising Specialist (Search) will manage campaigns, optimize performance, and reconcile budgets in alignment with objectives. This role requires close collaboration with the Head of User Acquisition and other team members to produce top-tier marketing, contributing to brand launches, new betas, and features. The specialist will own Google Ad channel results for a portfolio of company brands, stay abreast of industry changes, and provide timely, accurate, and insightful reports.
Must have:
  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience with Google Ads
  • Degree in marketing or related field is required
  • Ability to demonstrate success with proven metrics is expected
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills are needed
  • Meticulous attention to detail is required for this position
  • A data-driven and highly structured approach is important
  • Ability to convey information clearly and succinctly is needed
  • Proactive and initiating attitude is required
  • Ability to work at scale and embrace automation is expected
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Sheets/Excel/Tableau is needed
  • A strong data analysis foundation is needed

We are looking for a Paid Advertising Specialist (Search) to join our dynamic growing team!

Your main tasks will be:

  • Manage campaigns, monitor pacing, optimise to maximise performance in-line with our objectives, reconcile budgets, and ensure best practice.
  • Work in close cooperation with the Head of User Acquisition and other team members to produce best in class marketing.
  • Help execute new projects with your team like brand launches, new betas and features.
  • Work with other teams in the business like creative and data to drive marketing results.
  • Take ownership of a portfolio of company brands and own the Google Ad channel results for those brands.
  • Stay at the forefront of changes in the digital industry have a close relationship with our business partners like Google.
  • Ensure reports across your client portfolio are provided in a timely, accurate, and insightful manner.

We expect from you:

  • 3+ years experience in digital marketing working with Google Ads
  • Degree in marketing or related field
  • Results-focused, able to clearly demonstrate success via proven metrics
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Analytical, data-driven, and highly structured approach to decision-making
  • Ability to convey information and ideas clearly and succinctly
  • Proactive, initiating attitude – you take action to accomplish objectives and goals beyond what is required
  • Ability to work at scale and embrace automation
  • Strong proficiency in tools like Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Tableau or other BI solutions
  • A strong data analysis foundation
