As a People Generalist, you will be a vital liaison between the People Team and the business, supporting people and driving business outcomes. You will gain a strong understanding of SBVR’s Retail business and develop strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders. You will convert thematic insights into practical initiatives, coach teams towards effective decision-making, and proactively mitigate risks. You will also provide direct support to Store Managers and District Leaders. The role involves conducting stay and exit interviews for store leadership, analyzing trends, and recommending actionable solutions. You will also assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
