MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE
- 4 years of experience in the following specialties: Business Management, Strategic Management, Results-Oriented Management, Agile Management, Process Management, or other related areas;
- Analyze procedures for validation and/or updating according to normative and operational guidelines;
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings with areas involved in the processes;
- Prepare meeting minutes accurately and organized, ensuring faithful recording of decisions, referrals, and responsibilities;
- Identify improvement points in developed procedures and suggest adjustments when necessary;
- Support the implementation of changes in validated processes;
- Ensure that documents comply with internal standards;
- Maintain control and archiving of minutes and documents related to meetings and validations;
- Interact with various company areas for clarification of doubts and alignment of procedural information;
- Good interpersonal and written communication, with the ability to facilitate interactions between diverse areas;
- Proactivity in identifying improvement opportunities and delivering solutions;
- Proficiency in tools: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and MS Project.
EDUCATION
- Education Level: Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Law, Economics, Information Technology Analysis, Information Technology Administrator, or other areas related to the specialty
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acting in the area of management and processes, with a focus on supporting and executing medium-complexity operational tasks. Will be responsible for structured analysis of data and information, consolidated surveys, in addition to supporting and eventually guiding the execution of activities related to the development of solutions and implementation of improvements in the routine management and processes of the Executive Management;
- Support in structuring documents, reports, and presentations; validation, analysis, and proposal of content; and development of medium-complexity solutions in meeting demands in the area (sub-axis) in which it operates. The scope of activities involves research (survey, structuring, and consolidation of data), critical analysis of consolidated information, planning, structuring, and execution of reports and presentations, preparation of meetings, events (lectures, training, workshops, managerial meetings, etc.), content generation, and development of solutions for work demands, ensuring excellence, high quality, performance, and timely response to demands with the managements that will provide service;
- Research, structure, and consolidate information for the composition of documents, reports, and opinions related to the management of routines and processes, promoting the consolidation, review, and availability for evaluation and final validation by professionals working on high-complexity demands and the CONTRACTED company's lead manager, in addition to managers and specialists;
- Will also be responsible for structuring the material for RACs (Critical Analysis Meetings) and for managing and controlling the performance indicators and goals of the BÚZIOS managements, with alert generation, historical survey and behavior of indicators and goals, critical analysis, and structuring of the prospective and evolutionary vision of results throughout the year. They should propose action plans in case of deviations or risks of meeting goals, whose content and formatting must be previously evaluated and validated by the lead manager before being presented to managers and specialists in the respective managerial results RACs;
- Provide direct support in structuring and developing proposals for performance indicators, including, but not limited to, input collection, system feeding, results analysis, preparation of materials for managerial validation, and input revisions;
- The processes, activities, and tasks linked to this service provision quadrant are of medium complexity and require specific knowledge, training, and experience. They involve analytical content for structuring, managing, and controlling action plans in addressing specific demands in the area/axis of operation, with a view to ensuring results for the respective management that will operate;
- Will also control processes and activities such as: calculation of indicator results, identification of anomalies and process deviations, organization of managerial RACs, preparation of presentations and reports for managerial support, control of the progress of tasks in Action Plans and Strategic Initiatives, mapping and design of process flows, among other related attributions.
