Responsibilities

About the team Responsible for requirement analysis and strategy optimization of Large Language Model, responsible for data quality and model effect, and working with multiple teams such as evaluation and R & D to improve model effect. Responsibilities: 1. Facilitate the building of safety systems around LLM, including but not limited to safety models and calssifiers. 2. Evaluate the impact of safety systems, and collaborate with training pipelines to assure overall safety performance of LLMs. 3. Proactively identify and mitigate potential biases and vulnerabilities in LLM safety systems. This includes, but is not limited to, addressing human and system biases through the implementation of technical, product, and operational solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 1. Solid understanding of LLM safety challenges, and comfortable with AI for AI practices. 2. 3+ years of experience as a product manager or product strategist, familiar with building safety frameworks and systems for a complex service or a product with limited supervision. 3. Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
