Program Director - Partnership & Alliances

This is a Leadership position at Lakshya/Keywords India, responsible for leading, planning and driving key educational/skilling initiatives for Video Games industry in collaboration with Government, Universities and Educational institutes.  This key position will play a pivotal role in:

Translating company’s vision in redefining the Skilling ecosystem and landscape in India to deliver international quality training and create future talent pool (working with the government, Universities and Training Institutes).

Leading the initiatives of building industry driven academies and deliver large scale and long-term skilling programs end to end covering pan-India.

Being the champion of the cause and delivering game changing results ensuring sustainability and scalability that can potentially go global.

1.       Experienced professional with minimum 15+ years, with at least last 8 years in Education or L&D space.

2.       Proficient in Project/Program Management with at least 7 years in a Managerial & Director role.

3.       Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large scale training programs.

4.       Experience and nuanced knowledge of dealing with Government bodies and academia is a must.

5.       Experience in building a multi-functional team from ground up and achieving set goals.

6.       Having entrepreneurial spirit and inspiring Leadership quality. Leading & doing by example.

7.       Passionate about making a change and delivering impactful results.

8.       Strong communication and negotiation skills.

9.       Experienced in managing P&L and financial discipline.

10.   Experience of working in the AVGC sector will be preferred.

11.   Preferred educational qualification in Education, HR, Public policy, Mass Communication, Business Management, Social Welfare, etc.

12.   Open to travel on short notices and stay put in locations for 2-3 weeks, if required.

13.   Candidates residing in Delhi NCR or neighboring area/states preferred as the work location is Gurgaon, if not candidate must relocate to Gurgaon.

Responsibilities

1.       Spear-head Lakshya/Keywords India Skilling/Training Outreach initiatives with our partners – Governmental, Universities and Colleges (including private)

2.       Work with the Management in creating Strategic Vision for large scale Skilling initiatives at Lakshya/Keywords India that are created in collaboration with Governments bodies & External partners.

3.       Convert Strategic Vision into:

a.       Viable Business Plans including high impact proposals, business/financial modeling and branding roadmap.

b.       Operational Plans, programs and projects.

c.       Organize teams, communication, progress tracking and reporting mechanisms.

4.       Execute all such plans and programs delivering at Global standards within the budget.

5.       Build/Direct/Lead the team of Master Trainers, Trainers and multi-functional teams in the execution of such plans including infrastructure development, manpower planning, budgeting, establishing performance goals and continuous improvement.

6.       Oversee/manage establishing Academies or Training Centers in multi locations including infrastructure, hiring and operations management. Requires good amount of travel. 

7.       Liaise with Production Leadership in creating programs and curricula that are of Global standards and ensuring adherence to established Government and regulatory compliance.

8.       Formulate learning plans and objectives in line with Global industry standards and deliver learning outcome for graduate students to have a gainful career in the Video Game industry.

9.       Be the champion of all internal and external stakeholders’ management with thorough communication, negotiations, regular reports, and collaboration.

10.   Regularly measure and report efficacy of training programs and drive corrective measures.

11.   Represent Lakshya/Keywords India as a Champion of Learning at Industry events, potential partners, Government Executives and Academia.

12.   Conduct regular market research on industry, talent and skilling ecosystem to refine plans & programs for higher impact.
