Job Description

Storyteq is seeking a proactive Project Executive to join their Platform Services team. This entry-level role supports Project Managers in project delivery, offering valuable experience in project management, client interaction, task management, and risk identification. The role involves working closely with Creative Automation Experts and a variety of clients, developing a strong understanding of the Storyteq platform, and ensuring quality with meticulous attention to detail.

Must Have:
  • Assist in maintaining open lines of communication with clients and external parties to ensure all project inputs are received on time.
  • Support the planning and execution of projects under the guidance of senior project managers, ensuring alignment with client expectations and delivery timelines.
  • Help prioritize tasks, track project hours, and maintain workflows, attending and facilitating meetings such as project kick-offs and stand-ups.
  • Participate in identifying potential issues and risks, escalating them as necessary and assisting in creating action plans.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the Storyteq platform and stay updated on product developments.
  • Ensure every detail is checked and quality is assured.
  • 0-2 years of experience in project management or a related field is preferred, with a focus on media, creative production, or similar industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop project management skills within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a talent for bringing clarity and structure to projects.
  • Basic proficiency in project management tools and Excel.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Project Executive to join our growing Platform Services team. This entry-level role is designed to support our Project Managers in ensuring the successful delivery of projects. You'll gain valuable experience in project management, working closely with our Creative Automation Experts and a variety of clients, ranging from emerging startups to established enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Assist in maintaining open lines of communication with clients and external parties to ensure all project inputs are received on time.
  • Project Support: Support the planning and execution of projects under the guidance of senior project managers, ensuring alignment with client expectations and delivery timelines.
  • Task Management: Help prioritize tasks, track project hours, and maintain workflows, attending and facilitating meetings such as project kick-offs and stand-ups.

  • Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of the Storyteq platform and stay updated on product developments.
  • Attention to Detail: nothing gets passed you without every detail being checked and quality is assured.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of experience in project management or a related field is preferred, with a focus on media, creative production, or similar industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop project management skills within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
