Job Summary
The Full Chargeback Analyst will be responsible for analyzing chargeback disputes from acquirers for physical capture, payment links, and SDWO, handling commercial disagreement, fraud, and processing error chargebacks according to brand rules. This role involves processing cancellations, meticulously verifying commercial establishment documents for support, assisting in operational and systemic improvement projects, structuring end-to-end cancellation and chargeback processes to reduce losses, and ensuring SLA compliance for all related processes.
Must Have
- Analyze disputes received from acquirers for physical capture, payment link, and SDWO
- Handle chargebacks for Commercial Disagreement, Fraud, Processing Error following brand rules
- Process cancellations requested by commercial establishments
- Meticulously verify commercial establishment documents for support documentation to remedy disputes and prevent future losses
- Support operational and systemic improvement projects
- Structure an end-to-end cancellation and chargeback process to reduce losses
- Monitor and ensure compliance with agreed SLAs for dispute, cancellation, and chargeback processes
- Experience in Fintech, Acquiring or Subacquiring
- Higher Education in Products, Technology, Administration and related fields
- Previous experience with chargeback
- Excel skills

Job Description
- Analyze disputes received from acquirers for physical capture, payment link, and SDWO;
- Handle chargebacks for Commercial Disagreement, Fraud, Processing Error following brand rules;
- Process cancellations requested by commercial establishments;
- Meticulously verify documents provided by commercial establishments for support documentation, in order to remedy disputes with the aim of avoiding future losses;
- Support operational and systemic improvement projects;
- Structure an end-to-end cancellation and chargeback process to reduce losses;
- Monitor and ensure compliance with agreed SLAs for dispute, cancellation, and chargeback processes;
Qualifications
- Experience in Fintech, Acquiring or Subacquiring
- Higher Education in Products, Technology, Administration and related fields
- Previous experience with chargeback
- Excel skills
- SQL and Power BI skills (differential)
