Job Description

GoDaddy is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance and Training Manager to join our Trust & Safety organization. In this role, you’ll design, implement, and manage programs that ensure consistent, high-quality case handling across internal and outsourced teams. You’ll play a key role in developing training that enables our teams to identify and respond effectively to online threats, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, integrity, and customer trust.
Good To Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience with eLearning development tools or Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Knowledge of GoDaddy products and services.
Must Have:
  • Design, manage, and continuously refine quantifiable Quality Assurance programs.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for internal and BPO teams.
  • Conduct regular audits and performance reviews to evaluate case accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Information Security, Operations).
  • Analyze quality metrics and training data to identify trends and report insights.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance QA accuracy and personalize training content.
  • Partner with internal systems and operations teams for continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in QA methodology, performance measurement, and training design.
  • 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Training, preferably within Trust & Safety, content moderation, or fraud prevention.
  • Experience using AI and automation tools to enhance QA workflows, detect trends, or deliver adaptive training solutions.
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and scale QA and training frameworks across global or outsourced (BPO) teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting operational data to drive measurable improvements.
  • Familiarity with Trust & Safety threat landscapes.
  • Demonstrated success collaborating cross-functionally and communicating insights to senior stakeholders.

What you'll get to do...

  • Design, manage, and continuously refine quantifiable Quality Assurance programs to measure and improve performance across Trust & Safety functions.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for internal and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) teams to ensure policy adherence, operational consistency, and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct regular audits and performance reviews to evaluate case accuracy, decision quality, and compliance with established processes and policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Legal, Compliance, Information Security, and Operations to align quality and training initiatives with evolving threats, regulatory changes, and business goals.
  • Analyze quality metrics and training data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and report insights to leadership.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance QA accuracy, detect emerging risk patterns, personalize training content, and drive efficiency across global teams.
  • Partner with internal systems and operations teams to integrate QA and training results into continuous improvement initiatives and automation opportunities.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in QA methodology, performance measurement, and training design, ensuring programs evolve alongside emerging threats and best practices.

Your experience should include...

  • 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Training, preferably within Trust & Safety, content moderation, fraud prevention, or related domains.
  • Experience using AI and automation tools to enhance QA workflows, detect trends, or deliver adaptive training solutions.
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and scale QA and training frameworks across global or outsourced (BPO) teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting operational data to drive measurable improvements.
  • Familiarity with Trust & Safety threat landscapes, including phishing, scams, malware, and content abuse.
  • Demonstrated success collaborating cross-functionally and communicating insights to senior stakeholders.

  • Group 1: $91,000.00 – $136,000.00
  • Group 2: $101,500.00 – $152,500.00
  • Group 3: $108,000.00 – $162,000.00
  • Group 4: $118,000.00 – $177,000.00
