Work mode: Hybrid (office in Warsaw)
Your responsibilities:
- Independently conducting recruitment processes (end-to-end).
- Supporting other team members in reaching candidates and conducting initial application screening.
- Co-creating the vision and implementing our employer presence on social media.
- Conducting analysis and reports.
- Promoting the studio as an employer at events.
- Supporting various HR projects.
Job requirements
Who are we looking for?
- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the gaming or related industry.
- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in leading HR projects (e.g., employer branding, internal communication, wellbeing, etc.).
- You are interested in social media and navigate them efficiently.
- You speak English at B2/C1 level, and Polish is your native language.
- You easily build relationships and feel comfortable with networking.
- You are self-reliant and don't wait for instructions - you act proactively.
- Games are your passion - you try to stay up-to-date with what's happening in the world of games.
It would be great if you additionally:
- Have experience in a similar position in gamedev.
- Have experience in the Employer Branding area.
