This role involves actively identifying, approaching, and recruiting both experienced and new real estate professionals. Responsibilities include conducting interviews, presenting company benefits, and providing initial training and support to new agents. Remuneration:

Fixed remuneration: 1000 € after the probationary period.

Variable salary: unlimited:

• bonuses for each new agent
• share in the commission amount of the recruited agent
• a high-performing colleague can earn 3000 € or more per month.
