The Repair Flow Logistician optimizes service notifications and ensures material availability for Autonomous Repair Units (APRU). This role involves physical and IT tracking of materials within the internal logistics platform, managing transit times, and transferring materials for further processing. Key responsibilities include accurate data completion, proactive communication with service providers, proper physical management of the logistics platform, creating service orders, enhancing customer satisfaction by optimizing conversion rates, and maintaining safety standards.
Must Have:
  • Accurately complete Administration of Orders (ACD) data for incoming materials, collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Proactively communicate with unpacking service provider to resolve material blockages.
  • Ensure proper physical management of the logistics platform, including identifying storage areas and adhering to ESD rules.
  • Create Service Orders and ensure timely availability of materials for the Autonomous Repair Units (APRU).
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by optimizing the conversion rate of incoming materials for repair, meeting SLAs.
  • Maintain strict safety standards and uphold 5S principles to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
  • A completed Bachelor's degree in Administration with an emphasis on Foreign Trade and Logistics.

Position Summary

The Repair Flow Logistician in the Incoming/Outgoing Logistics department plays a crucial role in optimizing service notifications prior to creating service orders, ensuring that the Autonomous Repair Units (APRU) have the necessary materials available.

They oversee the physical and IT tracking of materials within the internal logistics platform, managing the transit time of materials until they are transferred to other buildings for further processing.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Accurately complete the Administration of Orders (ACD) data for incoming materials, collaborating effectively with stakeholders such as CRM, Data Management, and the Technical Data Unit;
  • Proactively communicate with the unpacking service provider to identify and resolve any blockages on materials awaiting action;
  • Ensure proper physical management of the logistics platform, including identifying storage areas and adhering to ESD rules;
  • Create Service Orders and ensure timely availability of materials for the Autonomous Repair Units (APRU);
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by optimizing the conversion rate of incoming materials for repair, meeting service level agreements (SLAs), and identifying new opportunities for improvement;
  • Maintain strict safety standards and uphold 5S principles to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A completed Bachelor's degree in Administration with an emphasis on Foreign Trade and Logistics;
  • Intermediate proficiency in English;
  • Knowledge of International Transport and Customs regulations;
  • Proficient in office tools and ERP systems.
