Job Description

This position is more than just a classic sales job. As Sales Manager (m/f/d) for New Business & Account Growth, you are responsible for revenue development in the DACH region. Your focus is on acquiring new corporate clients and expanding existing business relationships, especially with legal departments, compliance teams, and legal operations in companies. You also actively shape our performance-oriented sales culture by coaching colleagues and acting as a role model. Must have:
  • Technical and disciplinary leadership of a sales team
  • Coaching and development of team members
  • Responsibility for the entire sales cycle: from acquisition to closing and expanding existing customer relationships
  • Development and implementation of strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Building and maintaining relationships with decision-makers in legal, compliance, and operations departments
  • Conducting customized product presentations and demos
  • Close collaboration with Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Success to ensure an excellent customer experience
  • Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars in the DACH region
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally with a focus on enterprise customers
  • Proven success in new customer acquisition and expanding existing accounts
  • Fluent German (native speaker) and very good English skills
  • Leadership experience in sales, including coaching and mentoring
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
  • Proficient in CRM systems and sales tools

As Sales Manager (m/f/d) for New Business & Account Growth, you are responsible for revenue development in the DACH region. Your focus is on acquiring new corporate clients and expanding existing business relationships – especially with legal departments, compliance teams, and legal operations in companies. Your Tasks

  • Technical and disciplinary leadership of a sales team
  • Coaching and further development of team members
  • Responsibility for the entire Sales Cycle: from acquisition to closing and expanding existing customer relationships
  • Development and implementation of strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets

Your Profile

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally with a focus on enterprise customers
  • Proven success in new customer acquisition and expanding existing accounts – preferably in the area of Legal Tech, Compliance, or enterprise software
  • Fluent German (native speaker) and very good English skills
  • Leadership experience in sales, including coaching and mentoring
