Must Have
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training with additional qualification or a degree in economics
- Demonstrable success in Account Management or Business Development (national or international)
- Very good knowledge of sales tools (ideally Salesforce)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent German and English skills
- Willingness to travel 3-4 days a week in the NRW region

As a (Senior) Key Account Manager (m/f/d) in the NRW region, with an optional office in Essen, you will actively shape our sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and build long-term partnerships with our customers. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- As a (Senior) Key Account Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for the strategic support and expansion of medium-sized and large customers. Your primary goal is to build long-term partnerships with our customers and drive their revenue growth.
- You accompany and coordinate tenders in cooperation with our Tender & Implementation Team.
- You analyze market and competitor trends and derive new business opportunities.
- You act as the interface to our SIXT regional and country companies and negotiate comprehensive individual framework agreements.
- You are responsible for achieving sales KPIs, meeting your appointment quotas, maintaining the CRM tool, and have an eye for new business opportunities, identifying optimization potential, deriving recommendations for action, and implementing them.
- You structure your week independently and manage both on-site customer visits and preparation/follow-up in the office.
- You are responsible for customer satisfaction and the implementation of the SIXT corporate and sales strategy.
YOUR SKILLS COUNT
- Education You have successfully completed commercial vocational training with additional qualification or a degree in economics (university/technical college/higher vocational school).
- Experience You bring demonstrable success from the field of Account Management or Business Development in a national or international environment.
- Industry Knowledge You are not afraid of big names in the industry and important decision-makers.
- Mindset You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality and proceed in a structured manner.
- Travel Activity You have no problem traveling 3-4 days a week in your NRW region to visit your customers personally.
- Tools You have very good knowledge of sales tools (ideally Salesforce) and are proficient in using MS Office.
- Languages You have fluent German and English skills.
