Senior SAP Integration Architect

Must Have

• Extensive hands-on SAP integration experience (BTP, Integration Suite, ISA-M, S/4HANA, ECC).
• Strong knowledge of SAP middleware and integration technologies (APIs, IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, OData, CPI, API Management, Event Mesh).
• Practical experience applying SAP ISA-M and using the SAP Integration Assessment Tool.
• Ability to design and implement end-to-end integration scenarios between SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Strong understanding of cloud-to-on-prem connectivity, integration security, authentication, data transfer.
• Define and document integration patterns, standards, best practices, and architectural deliverables.
• Solid troubleshooting skills for complex integration issues.
• Experience supporting ERP transformations, especially ECC to S/4HANA migrations.
• Familiarity with modern cloud architecture principles for composable, scalable, API-driven solutions.
• Support S/4HANA transition by working with Product Owners and cross-domain teams.
• Assess integration impact of S/4HANA transformation and guide teams.
• Perform requirement analysis, identify gaps, and propose standardized integration solutions.
• Design composable cloud integration architectures aligned with enterprise standards.

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior SAP Integration Architect who is passionate about solving complex integration challenges across diverse platforms—Azure, GCP, SAP BTP, and on-premise systems. This role requires deep expertise in SAP integration patterns and modern cloud engineering practices to help standardize integration approaches as the organization advances through its S/4HANA transformation journey.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-domain product teams to support the transition to S/4HANA.
• Assess the integration impact of the S/4HANA transformation and guide teams through required changes.
• Perform requirement analysis, identify gaps, and propose standardized integration solutions wherever possible.
• Design composable cloud integration architectures aligned with enterprise standards.
• Promote modern integration patterns and drive consistent adoption across teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience in SAP integration across SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP ISA-M, S/4HANA, and on-premise SAP ECC.
• Strong knowledge of SAP middleware and integration technologies, including:
• APIs, IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, OData services
• Full SAP Integration Suite capabilities: Cloud Integration (CPI), API Management, Event Mesh, Open Connectors, etc.
• Practical experience applying SAP ISA-M (Integration Strategy & Assessment Methodology) and using the SAP Integration Assessment Tool to evaluate and architect integration landscapes.
• Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end integration scenarios between SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Strong understanding of cloud-to-on-prem connectivity, integration security, authentication methods, and data transfer protocols.
• Ability to define and document integration patterns, standards, best practices, and high-quality architectural deliverables.
• Solid troubleshooting skills for resolving complex integration issues across distributed systems.
• Experience supporting integration aspects of ERP transformations, especially migrations from ECC to S/4HANA.
• Familiarity with modern cloud architecture principles and designing composable, scalable, API-driven integration solutions.
