We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead two key initiatives: Journal Entry Workflow Implementation and SharePoint Hub, aimed at improving financial controls and process efficiency. The role involves managing hyper care for early deployed territories, driving rollout activities for additional regions, and overseeing the SharePoint Hub project through build, testing, and deployment. The manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, track metrics, and ensure timely mitigation of risks.

Must Have

• Lead and manage delivery of Journal Entry Workflow implementation across multiple territories
• Oversee hyper care activities for initial go-lives and plan subsequent rollouts
• Drive progress of the SharePoint Hub project through build, testing, and deployment phases
• Conduct detailed reviews of system setups in test and production environments
• Establish clear boundaries, timelines, and delivery milestones
• Manage change control processes and ensure adherence to governance standards
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, functional leads, and technical resources
• Track project metrics, risks, and issues, ensuring timely mitigation and stakeholder communication
• 12 years of overall experience with 5 years in Project Management
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end delivery of technology or workflow automation projects
• Experience in hyper care support, rollout management, and cutover readiness
• Strong understanding of change management and control processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams
• Ability to work hands-on, performing reviews and ensuring deliverables meet quality expectations
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and driving structure in evolving project environments

Good to Have

• Exposure to SAP Journal Entry workflows, Finance master data, or SharePoint-based approval solutions
• Experience managing projects with offshore/nearshore delivery models

Role Overview

We are seeking a Handson Project Manager to lead two key initiatives Journal Entry Workflow Implementation and SharePoint Hub focused on improving financial controls and process efficiency The candidate will initially manage hyper care for early deployed territories and subsequently drive rollout activities for additional regions starting October

The PM will also oversee the SharePoint Hub project which enhances approval controls for Sundry Billing and Customer Master processes This project is currently in the build phase

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage delivery of Journal Entry Workflow implementation across multiple territories
• Oversee hyper care activities for initial golives and plan subsequent rollouts
• Drive progress of the SharePoint Hub project through build testing and deployment phases
• Conduct detailed reviews of system setups in test and production environments ensuring readiness during cutover
• Establish clear boundaries timelines and delivery milestones managing ambiguity and evolving requirements
• Manage change control processes and ensure adherence to governance standards
• Coordinate cross functional teams including business stakeholders functional leads and technical resources

Required Skills Experience

• 12 years of overall experience with 5 years in Project Management preferably in Finance Process SAP SharePoint projects
