Job Summary

As a Senior Staff Specialist in Subcon Management Operation, you will provide tactical support for low test yield issues affecting shipments and delivery, driving subcontractor performance KPIs. Your responsibilities include managing ECNs, test documentation, and data, as well as leading new product ramps and safe launches. You will also support technical capability assessments, change management, best practice sharing, and root cause analysis for FAR activities. Participation in design and change reviews, along with supporting VDA and customer audits, is also key.

Must Have

  • Provide tactical support on disposition on low test yield affecting shipments and delivery
  • Drive subcon performance KPI (yield monitoring, line disturbances, Test Equipment OEE)
  • Manage test related documentation (control plan, OCAP, …), test data and implementation
  • Be part of New Product Ramp team and manage safe launch
  • Manage/Coordinate Change Management at subcon
  • Drive best practice sharing and benchmarking activities at subcon
  • Support FAR activities including analysis of root cause and improvement action in subcon
  • Participate in IFX design/change reviews (TR and PCRs)
  • Support VDA and customer audit activities in subcon
  • 5-10 years working experience in semiconductor industry
  • Experience in Subcontractors management
  • Experience in Device Testing, Processes and Procedures or technology development
  • Experience in People Management and Development

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Responsible for review, generation and release of ECN (Engg Change Notice) / TPAC/ TPR
  • Manages test related documentation (control plan, OCAP, …), test data and implementation
  • Be part of New Product Ramp team and manages safe launch
  • Supports technical capability assessments in subcon
  • Manage/Coordinate Change Management at subcon
  • Drives best practice sharing and benchmarking activities at subcon
  • Individual support and mentoring for team
  • Supports FAR activities including analysis of rootcause and improvement action in subcon
  • Participate in IFX design/change reviews (TR and PCRs) and provide inputs on key learnings / improvements to incorporate on new products
  • Supports VDA and customer audit activities in subcon

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • Degree of knowledge of external environment (market, competitors, products, industries)
  • Basic product knowledge and trends
  • Knowledge of manufacturing or production trends and strategy
  • Interfaces with other Functional team (Planning, Logistics, Product Engg, Test Development Engg, Quality) and Subcontractors (Engineering, Planning, Quality, Logistics)
  • Job experience:
  • 5~10 years working in experience semiconductor industry
  • Experience in Subcontractors management.
  • Experience in Device Testing , Processes and Procedures or technology development
  • Experience in People Management and Development
  • Experience in WLCSP, etc [will be added advantage]
