Senior UI/UX Designer

• Produce high-quality UI/UX solutions through user research, wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, site maps, and hi-fi prototypes. 
• Continuously improving and refining the design, its flow and usability, at an exceptional level based on UX and performance data.
 
• Collaborate with our internal and external Marketing teams to create and deliver high-quality, tailored digital website and email campaigns for our users. 
• Organized at time management, keeping track of project milestones and delivering high-quality deliverables within the project timeline. 
• Highly communicative and responsive both within the team and to stakeholders across the company while managing a large volume of ongoing projects. 
• Lead a growing group of hardworking talents in UI/UX and Creative Content Team. Empower and mentor designers in the team, foster a collaborative, productive, and positive environment within a growing team. 
• Lead design strategy activities to understand user needs and business opportunities, generate solutions, craft a holistic vision and develop future roadmaps. 

• At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX and/or Design background.  
• Have experience mentoring, managing Designers is a plus
• Strong understanding and passion for creative thinking and user-centered design.  
• Expert level in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Invision and Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator and XD.  
• Mastery in UI/UX design and creating deliverables including animating prototypes, userflows, wireframes, component library, hi-fi design.  
• Ability to give and take constructive feedback from colleagues, clients, stakeholders, and capable of interpreting feedback into design solutions.  
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate and collaborate with different departments as well as external stakeholders in a multi-national and diverse company. Can also clearly present their design to clients and stakeholders.  
• Self-directed, team player, proactive, and able to keep up in a fast-paced environment.
