What you’ll be doing

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define project requirements and translate them into functional applications
• Optimise application performance and ensure responsiveness across different devices and screen sizes
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and industry standards
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, and propose solutions to improve application performance and user experience
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Flutter, AI, and 3D AR/VR technologies, and actively expand knowledge in these areas
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and innovative mobile solutions
  

Skills and Experience

Essential:
Proven experience in mobile application development using Flutter and a strong understanding of Dart programming language
Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate through proof of concepts
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with RESTful Services and OpenAPI advantageous
Have a good level of knowledge / experience of Agile software development, and supporting best practices: BDD, TDD, Pair Programming etc

Nice to have:
Some exposure to AI concepts and an eagerness to learn and work with AI technologies
Some familiarity with creating 3D worlds and a basic understanding of AR/VR development
Some understanding with unity, unreal or similar
Having participated in hackathons or made contributions to open-source projects would be a big plus
