Job Description

As a Software Testing Coordinator, you will lead and coordinate a testing team, ensuring the quality and efficiency of software validation processes for Hospital HPM's multiparameter monitors and obstetrics products. Your responsibilities include planning and preparing test cases, supervising manual and automated test scenarios, facilitating problem-solving, developing test procedures, reviewing results, and leading the team to achieve high standards of performance and excellence in software validation.
Must Have:
  • University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or similar.
  • Over 5 years of experience in managing and executing software tests, with a focus on product quality and user experience.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
  • Solid knowledge of software testing practices, including test automation, test planning, requirements analysis, and quality assurance techniques.
  • Experience with agile methodologies, Git, Linux environments, and embedded systems.
  • Effective leadership in team management, inspiring and motivating team members to achieve common goals.

Software Testing Coordinator - Based in Varginha, MG

As a Software Testing Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating a testing team, ensuring the quality and efficiency of software validation processes to ensure the best user experience and customer satisfaction of Hospital HPM (currently working in multiparameter monitors and obstetrics).

Your role:

  • Coordinate the planning and preparation of test cases, ensuring that quality requirements are met.
  • Supervise the execution of manual and automated test scenarios, ensuring the efficiency of software validation processes.
  • Facilitate the identification of solutions to problems and collaborate in the development of test procedures for new areas, working with the software development team.
  • Review and approve the analysis and documentation of test results, formulating subsequent recommendations for improvements.
  • Lead the testing team, providing guidance and support to achieve high standards of performance and excellence.
  • Promote and ensure the quality and efficiency of software validation processes, encouraging the adoption of best practices and innovation.

  • You have a university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or similar.
  • Has over +5 years of experience in managing and executing software tests, with a focus on product quality and user experience, preferably in the medical industry.
  • Intermediate English.
  • Has solid knowledge of software testing practices, including test automation, test planning, requirements analysis, and quality assurance techniques.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and Git, Linux environments and embedded systems.
  • Demonstrates effective leadership in team management, inspiring and motivating team members to achieve common goals, in addition to developing their talents and promoting a collaborative and productive environment.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

This is an office role in Varginha, Minas Gerais. Candidates who aren’t willing to relocate will not be considered.
