Must Have
- Order and trade support for exchange members

- University studies/degree in business economics or computer science or equivalent work experience
- Strong communicative ability in English, both verbally and in writing
- Proactive mentality with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology

- Some experience working with either technical or financial products
- Understanding or an interest of financial markets, and trading concepts

As part of the team, we provide trading and technical service to our sophisticated worldwide members and vendors of the Nordic and Baltic exchanges. More specifically, we work with order and trading related queries, analysis and handling of cases, incident management, testing and supporting our market participants. Also supporting regulatory frameworks for exchange activities and operations. We are working in a dynamic environment where colleagues are available in person as well as virtual. Key Responsibilities
- Order and trade support for our exchange members.
- Address trading or technical issues related to the trading systems or auxiliary systems.
- Market data queries for our vendors and members.
- Collaborating in a cross-team environment to resolve client cases, incident handling and project work.
- Working with regulatory frameworks such as MIFID II.
Who are we looking for?
- Preferred university studies/degree in business economics or computer science or equivalent work experience.
- Preferably some experience working with either technical or financial products
- Demonstrates good social skills and strong communicative ability in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Proactive mentality with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology
- Understanding or an interest of financial markets, and trading concepts would be seen as a merit.

Monthly gross salary: 2400-2900 EUR, The final salary will depend on candidate's knowledge and experience.
