Job Description

The job involves working in the Chairman’s Office, which is a department directly under the chairman of KRAFTON. The role involves managing major investments, M&A projects, and supporting PMI (Post-Merger-Integration). The candidate will also independently manage or collaborate on company-wide projects. The candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the founder and participate in significant company initiatives, enjoying a high degree of autonomy within a proactive organizational culture. The role requires problem-solving skills, project management abilities, and financial knowledge, as well as the ability to represent the company in partner relationships.

Must have:

Problem-solving, project management, and financial knowledge.
Ability to represent the company with partners.
Strong teamwork skills.
3-6 years of experience in M&A or related fields.
No restrictions on overseas travel.

Good to have:

Experience in PMI or subsidiary management at Big-Tech companies.
Experience in management consulting.
Experience in M&A, including acquisitions/sales.
Experience in M&A, TAS, FAS at accounting firms.
Business fluent English proficiency.

Chairman’s Office는 ㈜ 크래프톤 이사회 의장의 직속 조직으로써, 주요 주주 및 외부 주요 파트너와의 커뮤니케이션, 그리고 이사회 의장의 핵심 의제와 관련된 전사 프로젝트를 추진/관리하는 부서입니다.

Chairman’s Office에서 수행하는 대규모 투자 및 M&A 프로젝트의 실사, 딜 추진 및 PMI (Post-Merger-Integration) 지원
이사회 의장의 수명성 업무의 일환으로 전사 프로젝트 중 1-2개를 전담하여 독립적으로 수행하거나 유관부서와 협업하여 수행

후보자 요건 (다음 중 한 개 이상의 분야에서 3년~6년 경력)
- 인수 및 합병 (M&A)
- 인수 후 통합 (Post-Merger-Integration)
- 인수한 자회사의 관리 및 운영
- 상기 업무를 포함한 경영컨설팅 경력
해외 여행 결격사유가 없는 분
