Job Description
Smilegate RPG seeks a Monster Combat Planner for their flagship title, Lost Ark. Responsibilities include monster design, combat level design, combat system planning, analyzing live feedback, and system development oversight. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, a logical approach to feedback, proficiency with various tools, and the ability to clearly articulate design intent. Experience with Lost Ark's end-game content, diverse action games, and the full development lifecycle (CBT/OBT/Live) are highly valued. The role involves managing large datasets and potentially monster AI, with a focus on creating engaging and balanced combat experiences.

자격요건
- 관련 실무 경력 3년 이상 이신 분
- 데이터 구조에 대한 기본적인 이해도 보유
필요역량
- 업무 진행을 효율적으로 하기 위한 커뮤니케이션 능력
- 자신의 주장은 명료하나 타인의 피드백에는 논리적인 판단과 수용의 자세를 지니신 분
- 다양한 툴 사용에 대해 거부감이 없고 능숙하신 분
- 몬스터 기획 시 기획 의도나 공략 등을 논리적으로 설명이 가능하신분
우대사항
- 로스트아크의 엔드컨텐츠까지 플레이하고 전투에 대한 개선점을 어필할 수 있는 분
- 다양한 액션 게임에 대한 플레이 경험을 보유한 분
- 한 프로젝트의 CBT / OBT / 라이브 경험을 한 분
- 쿼터뷰 형식의 전투 개발 경험이 있는 분
- 대량의 데이터를 관리하고 유지해보신 분
- 몬스터 AI를 전문적으로 기획하신 분
- 전투 관련 앤드 컨텐츠 기획 경험이 있으신 분 (레이드)
- 액션 게임에서 몬스터 기획을 진행해 본적이 있으신 분
