Job Description
Smilegate Holdings seeks an experienced in-house lawyer (5+ years) to handle a wide range of legal matters. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts related to company operations, providing legal counsel on M&A, investments, and new business ventures, managing regulatory compliance, and developing strategies for dispute resolution and litigation. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess strong analytical abilities to identify and analyze complex legal issues, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Experience in corporate law, IT, or IP at a law firm is highly preferred, along with an interest in the gaming or IT industry. A 3-month probationary period applies.
Must have:
- 5+ years experience as a lawyer
- Contract drafting & review
- M&A, Investment, New business legal counsel
- Regulatory compliance & dispute resolution
- Excellent collaboration skills
Good to have:
- Law firm experience (corporate, IT, IP)
- Gaming/IT industry interest

자격요건
- 대한민국 변호사 자격 취득 후 5년 이상의 업무 경력
필요역량
- 적극적으로 업무를 수행하고 다양한 법률 쟁점을 파악하고 검토할 수 있는 분
- 다양한 구성원과 원활하게 협업할 수 있는 분
우대사항
- 로펌에서 기업법무 혹은 IT, IP 분야에서 업무 경험이 있으신 분
- 게임 업계, IT업계에 관심이 있는 분
