What You Will Do:

  • Design and produce characters or monsters, covering gameplay aspects, skills, AI, artistic performance, and ecological attributes.
  • Foster open communication with fellow game designers and artists to synchronize numerical design, layout, level gameplay, and artistic performance. Through this collaborative process, identify new production pipeline requests, and follow up on their development progress.
  • Identify requests for new mechanisms and functions during game production; collaborate closely with programmers to determine solutions and follow up on their development status.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Passion for games with extensive player experience across a variety of genres, including action games, open-world games, RPGs, and more. Possess a deep understanding of game combat mechanics.
  • Proficient in at least one commercial game engine with the capability to independently create simple prototypes.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in Unity development and a programming or technical foundation for understanding code.
  • Experience in creating game demos.
