Your responsibilities will include -

Establish and lead a research team in Singapore, focusing on cutting-edge research in game AI.

Conduct and convert forward-looking AI technology research related to game content production and user experience.

Develop technical strategies to drive the implementation of research findings in game development.

Lead the team to produce high-quality academic results, top-tier conference papers, and game application demos.

Oversee team building, talent development, and cross-departmental collaboration.

Ph.D. in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related fields.

Solid foundation in machine learning, with expertise in reinforcement learning and agent technologies.

Exceptional coding and engineering skills, with a hands-on approach.

Strong English communication skills and team management capabilities.
