- Manage end-to-end game incubation process
- Develop and refine game mechanics, levels, systems
- Collate, evaluate and prioritize game concepts
- Plan and execute playtesting sessions
- Bachelor's degree in Game Design or related field
- 3+ years experience in game design and playtesting
- Proficient in Unity or Unreal Engine

Job Details
- Manage end-to-end game incubation process, including but not limited to developing and refining game mechanics, levels, systems, the iteration of game ideas and concepts, etc.
- Collate, evaluate and prioritize game concepts and ideas for prototyping and development
- Assist in planning and executing playtesting sessions to gather feedback and iterate on game design
- Assist in managing multiple game development projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion with minimal issues
- Communicate effectively with the game developers and other key stakeholders to ensure development progress
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Game Design, Computer Science, or a related field
- Portfolio that showcases your game design experience and skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in game development, with a focus on game design and playtesting
- Experience with game development engines (e.g. Unity, Unreal Engine) and design tools
- Ability to adapt to changing game development requirements and priorities
- Familiarity with game development pipelines and processes
