Job Summary
Job Description
Senior Game Designer responsible for managing the entire game incubation process, from concept to completion. This includes developing and refining game mechanics, levels, and systems; iterating on game ideas; evaluating and prioritizing concepts; planning and executing playtesting sessions; managing multiple projects simultaneously; and effectively communicating with developers and stakeholders. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, a strong portfolio showcasing game design skills, and at least 3 years of experience in game development with a focus on design and playtesting. Proficiency with game engines (Unity, Unreal Engine) and design tools is essential. The ideal candidate can adapt to changing requirements and is familiar with game development pipelines.

- Collate, evaluate and prioritize game concepts and ideas for prototyping and development
- Assist in planning and executing playtesting sessions to gather feedback and iterate on game design
- Assist in managing multiple game development projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion with minimal issues
- Communicate effectively with the game developers and other key stakeholders to ensure development progress
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Game Design, Computer Science, or a related field
- Portfolio that showcases your game design experience and skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in game development, with a focus on game design and playtesting
- Experience with game development engines (e.g. Unity, Unreal Engine) and design tools
- Ability to adapt to changing game development requirements and priorities
- Familiarity with game development pipelines and processes
