Smilegate RPG seeks an experienced AI developer to join its AI center. Responsibilities include developing reinforcement learning-based NPC control technology, creating Unreal Engine-based game clients using AI APIs and speech recognition APIs (STT), and optimizing deep learning models (language models, speech synthesis). The ideal candidate will possess strong theoretical and practical knowledge of reinforcement learning, experience with frameworks like PyTorch, Unreal Engine game client development, deep learning model lightweight techniques (network pruning, quantization, knowledge distillation), and fine-tuning pre-trained models. Proficiency in C++ and Python is essential.
